What type of Equipment do I need?

To perform our workouts, you have the flexibility to choose between doing them at home or at a gym facility. If you opt for home workouts, you’ll need some basic equipment such as a yoga mat, resistance bands, dumbbells or kettlebells, and perhaps a stability ball. On the other hand, if you prefer the gym, you can take advantage of the various machines and equipment available. Ultimately, the choice depends on your personal preferences and the resources you have available. 

How Many Days a week should I Train?

The frequency of your training sessions can vary depending on your goals, fitness level, and availability.

VIVA offers various tracks ranging from 3 to 5 days a week, allowing you to choose a schedule that suits you best. If you’re just starting out or have a busy schedule, three days a week can provide a solid foundation for progress. For more dedicated individuals seeking faster results, four or five days a week can provide increased training stimulus.

It’s important to strike a balance between challenging yourself and allowing enough time for rest and recovery. Remember, consistency is key, so choose a track that aligns with your lifestyle and enables you to maintain a sustainable training routine.

Do the programs prioritize on Cardio or Weights?

VIVA aims to provide a well-rounded approach to fitness by integrating cardiovascular exercises to improve endurance and conditioning, as well as weight training to promote strength development through progressive overloading.
